The collaborative conference tool enables the Buyers and Sellers to share text messages, white board drawings and any type of files (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, HTML Page, Images etc) from their desktop. This results in free flow communications between the Buyers and Sellers, which reduces the delay in the procurement process by almost 35-50%.

ProcurePlus has an efficient Status Notification System (SNS); by which every action of (Buyer or Supplier) in the system will be intimated to the other party through the SNS. (For Instance if the Supplier has viewed the RFQ but not yet responded, the Buyer will be intimated the same in the next moment with the status "Viewed").

ProcurePlus provides a safe email management system between the Buyers and Sellers, which supports attachments also.
